Baby Move & Groove is a 45-minute movement and dance class designed for parents and caregivers with babies (0-12 months). Led by our experienced dance instructor and new mum, Tasha, this class offers a fun and supportive space to connect with your little one through rhythm, movement, and music. No nursery rhymes here—our energizing playlist will have you grooving, smiling, and bonding in a way that feels natural and uplifting.
